The Reflection of Love in one's self

Time and tide wait for no man. A pompous and self-satisfied proverb, and was true for a billion years; but in our day of electric wires and water-ballast we turn it around: Man waits not for time nor tide, but he needs to beat time and go for what he loves.....

Our world today has been whirled around so much that we dont even realise it, if we are doing something wrong or right......Why??? because everyone is doing the same thing, leaving no one to tell the truth. I knew a woman who spent most of her time working...she worked like 16 hours a week. After a hard days work she would come home and meet a husband, who makes her feel even worse...... this same woman receives a call, being told that a close relative is seriously ill.....She goes to bed in the fear that she might be able to wake up on time for work, since she needed to stay up late the night before to finish up some house chores.

This may seem like a one time scenario....but believe you me... there are people going through this on a regular bases. Stress is something that kills our soul and eventually our physical body.... As soon as one learns to turn stress into a positive output, one has mastered his life....

The key to being a master of this is ....to see the positive aspects of every situation as the day goes on ..... this will help you relax and help you in actually, making the right decisions... say Thank you God, if you like something in your life. Say am sorry with a smile, if you offend someone...... and definately say please if you need something....

All, am saying is problems can lead to self-destruction......to avoid it appretiate what you already have achieved....i do that always and i actually see more good things flowing into my life.....till then.......keep your head up
